Jobvalley apparently cracks turnover of 100 million euros

Making the job search as easy as ordering a pizza online: That's what the start-up wants to achieve. Sales grow by 20 percent.
The start-up Jobvalley says it has exceeded the 100-million-euro revenue mark for the first time since its founding. The company reported sales of 113.4 million euros in 2021. Compared to the previous year, this represents a growth in sales of 20 percent. In the past year, the main focus was on the start-up's realignment. Thus, the company has changed from Studitemps to Jobvalley. The realignment was also to be accompanied by the introduction of new HR software for students and companies.
Benjamin Roos and Andreas Wels, who were students at the time, founded the company in 2008. The founders developed the platform as a student HR service provider. According to the company, the app is now used by 21,000 students a month looking for flexible jobs. Due to the pandemic upswing in flexible work, there is currently an upward trend, it said.
"There are still countless untapped potentials ahead of us, which we can and want to accompany as a progressive Workforce-as-a-Service partner. Parental leave replacement, sabbatical bridging, shared jobs, short-term projects, silver-ager models - plus opportunities for expansion into other countries," says CEO Eckhard Köhn.
