Making the job search as easy as ordering a pizza online: That's what the start-up wants to achieve. Turnover grows by 20 percent.

The start-up Jobvalley says it has exceeded the 100 million euro turnover mark for the first time since it was founded. The company recorded a turnover of 113.4 million euros in 2021. Compared to the previous year, this represents revenue growth of 20 percent. Last year, the focus was primarily on realigning the start-up. The company changed its name from Studitemps to Jobvalley. The realignment was also accompanied by the introduction of new HR software for students and companies.

The former students Benjamin Roos and Andreas Wels founded the company in 2008. The founders developed the platform as a student personnel service provider. According to the company, the app is now used by 21,000 students every month who are looking for flexible jobs. Due to the pandemic-related upswing in flexible work, there is currently an upward trend.

"There are still countless untapped potentials ahead of us, which we can and want to support as a progressive Workforce-as-a-Service partner: Parental leave replacement, sabbatical bridging, shared jobs, short-term projects, silver ager models - plus opportunities to expand into other countries," says CEO Eckhard Köhn.
