Million investment for Kranus Health

Among the new financiers is also the High-Tech Gründerfonds.
Startup Kranus Health is getting a multi-million dollar investment. The exact amount of the financing round was not disclosed. New backers include High-Tech Gründerfonds, A Round Capital, Venture Basecamp and Ralph Müller. The previously involved business angels, including Foodora founder Konstantin Mehl, have also participated.
The health start-up was founded just last year and aims to improve digital healthcare for men. Its first offering is developing a digital therapy for erectile dysfunction. "When it comes to erectile dysfunction, current offerings such as medications aim to alleviate the symptoms but not the causes," said Louis Heinz, investment manager at High-Tech Gründerfonds. "With its digital solution, Kranus is helping to improve the quality of life of a large number of men in a long-term and goal-oriented way." The new capital will be used to further develop the digital therapy and bring it to market.
