Million-euro investment for Kranus Health

High-Tech Gründerfonds is one of the new financiers.
The start-up Kranus Health has received an investment in the millions. The exact amount of the financing round was not disclosed. The new investors are High-Tech Gründerfonds, A Round Capital, Venture Basecamp and Ralph Müller. The business angels previously involved, including Foodora founder Konstantin Mehl, have also participated.
The health start-up was only founded last year and aims to improve digital healthcare for men. Its first offering is a digital therapy for erectile dysfunction. "When it comes to erectile dysfunction, current offers such as medication are aimed at alleviating the symptoms, but not the causes," says Louis Heinz, Investment Manager at High-Tech Gründerfonds. "With its digital solution, Kranus is helping to improve the quality of life of a large number of men in the long term and in a targeted manner." The new capital will be used to further develop the digital therapy and bring it to market.
