The strategic partnership has been in place for a year, and now the Munich-based IT company has swallowed the start-up. The merger already took place on July 1.

The consulting and IT company Msg has bought the start-up Neohelden on 1 July 2021. The Karlsruhe-based company developed the digital assistant Neo, which works similar to Siri only for companies: Employees can use it to control software and tools, work through checklists and get in touch with each other. "With Neohelden as part of msg, we can offer our customers an intelligent solution for customer service and internal applications," says Msg's Wolfgang Wilke about implementing the products into his company's offering.

Neohelden was founded by Philipp Csernalabics, and he and his second managing director Kiryo Abraham are being taken on by Msg. Csernalabics appreciates the professionalism and implementation possibilities at Msg, and says: "We are therefore very much looking forward to working with our new colleagues." Msg also provides video and chat bots as well as the digital assistant Neo to its customers with the integration of Neohelden.
