Picus Capital offers gap-year programme for students

Students who have completed their bachelor's degree can apply for a gap-year program until mid-January 2022. Participants complete three internships in the start-up sector.
Munich-based start-up Picus Capital has launched a gap-year program for students who have completed their bachelor's degree. The venture capital firm is offering three consecutive internships in the start-up sector as well as mentoring programs and networking meetings.
The entire program lasts seven to nine months, depending on which of the four areas the participants choose. Three-month internships with the Picus Pre-Seed Team or the Seed Series A Team are designed to give them an investor's perspective. The venture capital firm also arranges three-month internships with startups from its portfolio. These include Sento, Personio and Finn, for example. But participants can also intern for four weeks at the non-profit organization 264 Education.
"The Picus Venture Year offers a unique interdisciplinary experience in the entrepreneurial ecosystem," says Robin Godenrath, Founding Partner at Picus Capital. Students of all majors can apply through Picus' website by January 16, 2022.
