Spreadly, the startup for digital business cards, reaches a valuation of 2.50 million euros after eleven months. The company is silent about the exact investment amount and investors for competitive reasons.

Spreadly has successfully closed a financing round (pre-seed). This was realized eleven months after the founding and resulted in a valuation of 2.50 million euros. The financing was handled via convertible loans from various business angels with experience in the start-up and M&A sectors. The exact investment amount and the names of the investors are kept confidential for competitive reasons.

The startup provides software-as-a-service solutions for businesses of all sizes in the field of digital business cards. It was founded in September 2022 by students Darius Göttert and Florian Theimer and has already gained over 40,000 users in more than 100 countries.

Important milestones achieved

In recent months, Spreadly has recorded important milestones. One success for Spreadly was the acquisition of a major international corporation from Switzerland as a customer in August. Another highlight was also the acquisition of the Dutch competitor "clinck". The startup successfully participated in the "Master Accelerator" program of German Entrepreneurship, the government-funded "German Accelerator Asian Discovery Program" and the "German Accelerator Indian Discovery Program".

The company has clear plans for the future. It aims to expand into India and plans to further develop its software solutions. In addition, the sales team is to be strengthened in order to meet the growing demands.
