Checkmk secures strategic investment from PSG Equity

Investment to accelerate global growth, expand R&D innovation and further develop AI-driven IT monitoring.

Munich, February 26, 2025 - Checkmk enters into a strategic partnership with PSG Equity. PSG is a private equity firm specializing in growth investments with a focus on software and technology-enabled service companies. The investment will drive Checkmk's global expansion, strengthen its research and development activities and accelerate the further development of AI-powered IT monitoring solutions.
