Fabian Friede leaves the Sanity Group

The Sanity Group co-founder is vacating his post for a new management team and wants to be a founder again.
Sanity Group co-founder Fabian Friede left the company at the end of December. He announced this now on LinkedIn announced. However, Friede remains a shareholder and advisor to the cannabis start-up.
His decision is to make way for a professional management team, he wrote in an email to his employees in December. "I've realized that the impact I can personally have from here on out is more focused on managing progress toward our vision, not building it myself. But I don't want to be a manager, I want to build and get my hands dirty." As a result, he now wants to launch a new startup. His exact plans are not yet known.
Friede founded Sanity Group in 2018 together with Finn A. Hänsel. He already worked for Rocket Internet and, among other things, led online marketing for Zalando's Australian counterpart The Iconic. He also founded the tablet checkout system LocaFox and the employee feedback platform Kununu Engage.
