Fabian Friede leaves the Sanity Group

The Sanity Group co-founder is leaving his post for a new management team and wants to work as a founder again.
Sanity Group co-founder Fabian Friede left the company at the end of December. He has now announced this on LinkedIn announced. However, Friede will remain a shareholder and advisor to the cannabis start-up.
With his decision, he wanted to make room for a professional management team, he wrote in an email to his employees in December. "I've realized that the impact I can personally have from here on out is more focused on managing the progress towards our vision rather than building it myself. But I don't want to be a manager, I want to build and get my hands dirty." That's why he now wants to found a new start-up. His exact plans are not yet known.
Friede founded the Sanity Group in 2018 together with Finn A. Hänsel. He previously worked for Rocket Internet and, among other things, headed up online marketing for the Australian Zalando counterpart The Iconic. He also founded the LocaFox tablet checkout system and the employee feedback platform Kununu Engage.
