Finmarie launches app on the market

The Finmarie founders want to help women improve their financial knowledge and invest their money. They are now taking the next step with their app.
The app from Berlin start-up Finmarie has been available in the Apple Store and on Google Play since today. It is aimed particularly at women who want to invest money. With short texts and videos, they can expand their financial knowledge and receive an individual portfolio recommendation based on a questionnaire. Users also get an insight into the portfolios of the Finmarie founders and other female investors and can exchange ideas in their own community.
"We want to raise awareness of the topic of finance, make investments more accessible and transparent and, above all, help women to move from theory to action. Today we are taking the next step on our mission with the app launch," says Finmarie co-founder Rica Klitzke. The company, founded by Karolina Decker, started in 2018 with personal financial advice for women.
Last year, Rica Klitzke and Leitha Matz joined as co-founders. Finmarie then expanded its business model to include robo advisors, financial coaching and financial education services. In October, the start-up received 1.4 million euros from High-Tech Gründerfonds and Wallstreet:online.
