TV presenter Joko Winterscheidt wants to sell chocolate with a newly founded company. The bars already have a bizarre name.

Joko Winterscheidt once again goes among the founders. This time he has founded a start-up for chocolate products - called "JOKOLADE". According to Gründerszene

, the 41-year-old has already founded the start-up at the end of September.

In the commercial register, there is an entry under the name Schoko Winterscheidt GmbH. The name Jokolade Winterscheidt has apparently already protected more than a year ago, as can be inferred from the trademark register. The company is said to produce and sell primarily "chocolate bars as meal substitutes" and "rice cakes with chocolate coating."

As CEO, Winterscheidt has brought in someone experienced in the food business. Max Wittrock, founder of Mymuesli, is to lead the start-up. Wittrock left Mymuesli last year and now receives 25 percent of the shares in Schoko Winterscheidt GmbH, the TV presenter holds the remaining 75 percent.
