Mymuesli restructures its management team

Co-founder Bessau moves from the board of directors to the supervisory board, but a newcomer joins the Passau-based start-up as managing director and CCO.
There will be some changes in the management of Mymuesli in the coming year: Caren Genthner-Kappesz is a new addition, who will take on a dual position in the company as Managing Director and CCO alongside co-founder Philipp Kraiss. Previously, Genthner-Kappesz worked at Ebay, Oceans Apart and Naspers, among others. In addition, co-founder Hubertus Bessau will move from the Management Board to the Supervisory Board.
"With Caren, we have been able to gain a great expert for our management team, who is an excellent fit for us, both due to her professional experience and her strong passion for customer-oriented direct-to-consumer brands," Kraiss says of the new addition.
Founded in 2007, Mymuesli offers what the name suggests: ingredients and muesli varieties for breakfast. Today, the Passau-based company is active in nine European countries and sells its products both online and in local shops. Mymuesli only recently announced its intention to go public. So far, however, the plans have been delayed.
