Mymuesli expands its management

With Daniel Setzermann, the start-up gets another managing director. He will share the management of the company with the founders Hubertus Bessau and Philipp Kraiss.
Passau-based start-up Mymuesli wants to focus on its online business and has promoted Daniel Setzermann, another managing director from its own ranks, to do so. Setzermann will become chief digital officer.
"We are pleased to have found in Daniel the ideal addition from the middle of our team," Mymuesli founders Hubertus Bessau and Philipp Kraiss explain their decision to appoint him to the management. Setzermann (34) has been accompanying the provider of self-mixed mueslis for many years. He started at Mymuesli in 2009 during the start-up phase and built up the online business side by side with the founders.
The start-up, founded in 2007, offers the possibility to compose one's own individual muesli via its homepage. The products are now available in Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Holland, Poland, Switzerland and Sweden.
Most recently, Mymuesli announced it would have to close 20 of its 23 company-owned stores in Germany
. Both the lockdown and the less busy city centers, had not been enough to sustain the stores, the startup announced in February.Newsletter
