Log-hub and Pledge sign cooperation agreement

The Swiss technology company wants to use the partnership to make emissions in its customers' supply chains transparent.
The Swiss supply chain technology company has entered into a partnership with Pledge. The two companies announced this at the German Logistics Congress in Berlin. Pledge is a platform that offers various tools to make emissions in supply chains more transparent or offset them.
"We want to make an active contribution to climate protection efforts within the logistics industry and support our customers on their way to becoming a 'Net Zero Hero'," says Log-hub Managing Director Dirk Hanschur. The start-up was founded in 2017.
Through the partnership between Log-hub and Pledge, Log-hub's more than 13,000 customers, including DHL, Henkel, Unilever and Coca-Cola, will now be able to calculate their carbon footprint from the entire supply chain and identify the largest sources of emissions.
Log-hub will give its customers the opportunity to make offsetting transactions via the Pledge marketplace. They will have access to verified projects and technologies to reduce emissions. "Together we can accelerate the decarbonization of supply chains," says Gerald Chifamba, Head of Business Development at Pledge.
