The Hague, April 23, 2024 - Main Capital Partners, a leading software investor, announces its largest strategic exit to date: The acquisition of Enovation by Legrand, a French specialist in electrical and digital building infrastructures. The successful partnership between Main and Enovation has enabled Enovation to expand its market-leading position in the healthcare industry and become one of the leading providers of connected care platforms in Northwest Europe.

Successful development of Enovation under Main

In 2018, Main Capital Partners invested in Enovation and started a strategic collaboration with the management team. Through this partnership, Enovation was able to significantly grow its software business and expand its international presence from a primary focus on the Dutch market to almost 20 countries. Enovation currently employs around 300 full-time employees and is well positioned to contribute to the digitalization of the healthcare sector in Europe.

With Main's support, Enovation has been able to expand its product portfolio and strengthen its international presence in Northwest Europe. This successful partnership led to a landmark exit for Main, which is the largest in the company's history to date.
