According to a media report, prominent founders from Flix Mobility and McMakler are now also investing in the telemedicine start-up.

The telemedicine start-up MediKitDoc was able to raise 1.7 million euros by issuing a convertible loan, as Gründerszene reports. In addition to existing investor Picus Capital, prominent founders such as Jochen Engert and Daniel Krauss from Flix Mobility and Hanno Heintzenberg from McMakler also contributed capital to the financing round.

MediKitDoc networks diagnostic devices with patients. The data provided by a blood pressure monitor or thermometer, for example, can be viewed by the relevant GP or specialist via an app. They can then go through the next treatment steps with their patient in a video call. With this solution, a doctor can digitally examine almost all of the 50 most common causes of acute consultations in a video call, the start-up advertises on its website.
