Revolution in the corporate seminar market: Naboo stands out with transparent fixed prices and AI integration. 7.5 million euros investment available for Europe-wide expansion.

Paris - The French company Naboo has successfully closed a €7.5 million financing round. Investors include ISAI, Kima Ventures, Better Angle and long-standing partners CapHorn and Maif Avenir. The funds will be used to expand the platform and integrate artificial intelligence in order to develop the European market.

Seminars with one click

Since entering the market in 2022, Naboo has revolutionized the traditional business model for corporate seminars. The platform offers companies the opportunity to book a complete seminar with one click at a transparent fixed price - from accommodation and workstations to catering, activities and transportation.

The startup relies on technological innovation to meet the need for simplicity and transparency in the B2B event market. The platform enables companies to create customized seminars from over 2500 locations and 500 partners. This is very different from traditional offerings in the sector, which are often based on lengthy quotation processes.

French market continues to grow strongly

The French corporate seminar industry, estimated at €9 billion in 2022, continues to grow strongly (approx. +30% per year). This is driven by the increased use of remote working and the focus on team-based seminars rather than organizational units. Ecologically sustainable and local seminars are on the rise as a cost-effective and environmentally friendly option.

Maxime Eduardo, co-founder and CEO of Naboo, emphasizes the uniqueness of the platform, which is already used by over half of the CAC 40 companies. The investments will go towards strengthening AI and data to further improve the individual user experience. Founded in 2022, Naboo reached a turnover of 1 million euros in the second quarter of 2023. Within a year of its official launch, the company generated over 18 million euros in annualized gross book value. The current financing round of 7.5 million euros will support Naboo's growth plans and technological development.

Impact on the German market

Naboo's website provides a comprehensive insight into its offering, which was previously limited to France. Compared to German workstations and coworking spaces, Naboo opens up completely new opportunities. Naboo is a particularly promising solution for start-ups that are often looking for small seminar rooms in hotels at weekends so that they do not have to restrict themselves to the usual working hours. The clear price structure makes planning much easier. Should Naboo dare to cross the Rhine, German competitors could face a serious challenge. With a clear focus on quality and uniqueness, Naboo is positioning itself as a modern alternative in the corporate seminar market.
