The ninth edition of the Handelskraft conference offers insights into current trends such as artificial intelligence and resilience, while companies share their experiences in dealing with digitalization and sustainability.

Leipzig - From March 6 to 7, the Handelskraft Conference will open its doors at Kunstkraftwerk Leipzig to offer experts from the B2C and B2B sectors the opportunity to exchange views on the importance of digital solutions for the adaptability of companies and crisis management.

The ninth edition of the conference, established as a meeting place for executives and innovation drivers, will be held over two full days for the first time, divided into a focus on B2C and B2B topics. The list of speakers for March 6 and 7 includes representatives from business, technology and research who will provide insights into current trends and developments in the digital environment. The topics discussed include artificial intelligence (AI), resilience, twin transformation (digitalization and sustainability) and tech trends.

Speakers such as Martin Groß-Albenhausen from the German E-Commerce and Mail Order Association (bevh) will present the latest figures on B2C commerce in Germany. SPIEGEL bestselling author Daniel Zoll will also share his insights on the contribution of resilience, agility and innovation to success in e-business. Companies such as Ottobock and Stadtwerke Jena will report on their digital strategies for strengthening resilience and increasing innovative strength.

6 workshops

Six workshops also offer participants the opportunity to learn from digital business experts. The focus will be on topics such as the strategic use of AI, the development of digital experience platforms and the integration of exceptional marketing materials into the customer journey.

With the slogan "Twin Transformation", the Handelskraft Conference 2024 will place a clear focus on the connection between digital transformation and corporate social responsibility (CSR). The first Handelskraft Digital Business Award, which will be presented at the conference, honors companies that combine digital success with corporate responsibility.

The event donates all ticket proceeds to the media education project "Die VILLA" in Leipzig to underline its support for corporate social responsibility. This is possible thanks to generous sponsors such as Magnolia, priint, censhare and Fact Finder, who will be presenting their technology solutions at the event.
