Patrick Schloter joins Rivus Capital

The capital markets expert is to look after the venture capitalist's private equity business.

Patrick Schloter, has already been responsible for the private equity division at Rivus Capital since August, as the venture capitalist focused on urbanization announced today. The 37-year-old brings several years of professional experience in the investment business and in management consulting with stations in Frankfurt am Main, London and Munich.

"Already at my previous stations, I have always invested with conviction in sustainable and disruptive future technologies. I would now like to continue this approach together with Rivus Capital and invest in entrepreneurs and their visions," says Schloter. Rivus Capital invests in both established and young companies. Through its Venture Capital division, the funder provides venture capital to founders in the seed and growth phases. Already established companies can obtain equity capital through the Private Equity division, for which Schloter is responsible.
