The start-up Talentcube operates a platform for video applications. It has now been announced that the US company Phenom has bought the Munich-based company.

Another exit: the founders of the start-up Talentcube, which became known through the Vox show "Die Höhle der Löwen", have sold their start-up. Talentcube, which was founded five years ago and offers a platform for video applications, will now belong to Phenom. The company for digital application processes wants to integrate Talentcube's offering, for example by allowing applicants to create video-based CVs on their smartphones.

Carsten Maschmeyer invested in the Munich-based start-up, which was founded by Sebastian Hust, Sebastian Niewöhner and Hendrik Seiler, in 2017. To date, it has served 120 customers from 84 countries. Phenom intends to use the acquisition to further expand its European presence, with Munich becoming the company's sixth location.
