Start-up Lab opened in Deggendorf
The TH Deggendorf has rented space for start-ups. This allows start-ups to work directly on campus.
TH Deggendorf has inaugurated its "Startup Lab". A total of 300 square meters of space is provided for startup founders. "With the Startup Campus, the TH Deggendorf continues to expand its excellent environment for startups of its graduates," says the Bavarian Minister of Science Bernd Sibler (CSU). "As a central contact point closely networked with the region, it will bring together young, creative and imaginative people with attractive partners."
The TH's own "Startup Campus" forms with the "Startup Lab" a place that stands as a central contact point for all those interested in starting a business at the university. Through rented space, the Startup Campus provides a working environment for founders. Teams that the TH currently supports and promotes are allowed to use the office space, the co-working space and the seminar room. In total, the Startup Campus currently advises 64 teams on the path to self-employment.
