Microbial gold from waste

Zymofix, originally founded as N-Fix, has developed a patented fermentation technology that converts biomass waste, such as agricultural residues, into beneficial microorganisms. These microbes can improve soil health and increase agricultural yields while reducing environmental impact. The process enables economical production by using low-cost and locally available biomass residues. Zymofix thus offers an innovative alternative to conventional chemical processes in various industries.

Focus on agriculture, waste treatment and industrial bioremediation

Zymofix intends to use its microbial solutions for a variety of applications. The company is currently focusing on improving plant health, increasing efficiency in agriculture and the bioremediation of waste. With the fresh capital, Zymofix plans to further expand its fermentation platform and drive product distribution in collaboration with strategic partners.

Hallie Fox, Senior Investment Associate at The Nest, praised the company's commitment to rethinking the farming system and protecting the environment. Guy De Clercq, co-founder and Chairman of the Advisory Board of Zymofix, also expressed his delight at the partnership with HTGF and other investors who want to support the company's sustainable growth.
