Founded only in March of this year, the start-up Airbank now announces the closing of a financing round of 2.5 million euros. The round is led by new London-based investor New Wave, with Speedinvest and Calm/Storm Ventures, San Francisco-based TinyVC and early investor AnotherVC also participating. Currently, the software of the Berliners is still in the beta phase and is tested by companies and customers, from July, the offer of Airbank should be accessible to all. The founders are Christopher Zemina, formerly employed at Speedinvest, and Patrick de Castro Neuhaus. Both were at company builder Entrepreneur First. In Airbank's case, it worked: Today, the startup has 13 team members and can use the money it raised to invest in expanding its software.
