The SaaS start-up has successfully closed its Series A financing round. One of the investors is Capnamic.

Berlin-based software-as-a-service start-up Lumiform has successfully closed its Series A funding round, raising a total of €6.4 million. The round was led by Capnamic, with 42Cap, Equitypitcher, Westtech Ventures and Exxeta AG also participating. Business angels on board include Christoph Gerber, Kai Hansen (both founders of Lieferando), Christian Henschel, Paul Müller (both founders of Adjust) and Stefan Tietze, founder of the platform Gebraucht. The capital is to flow into product development and marketing.

Founded by Lukas and Philip Blasberg in 2018, the startup specializes in automating the coordination of so-called "deskless workers." In this way, the software aims to digitize occupational safety checks, hygiene documents or vehicle inspections, for example. "With Lumiform, we make it easy for Deskless teams to switch to a digital solution that provides them with real-time insights to make efficient and data-driven decisions," says Lukas Blasberg, co-founder and co-CEO. Philip Blasberg is also proud of the development, saying, "We are incredibly excited about the trust of our existing investors and proud to have Capnamic newly on board as lead investor, an undisputed expert in B2B SaaS startups."

According to the company's own data, around 30,000 organizations in 188 countries already rely on Lumiform. A total of 1.5 million forms have already been filled out via the startup, it said.
