Finalists in the "HR Start-up Competition" have been determined

There were 57 applications from HR start-ups, and now the three finalists of the competition have been determined. 100W, Voiio and Yucca HR were convincing.

The award ceremony will take place on 31 August, and now the three finalists in the HR start-up competition have been chosen: 100W, Voiio and Yucca HR were able to convince the nine-member expert jury. 100W works against the gender bias in job applications with the help of a social-psychological AI language analysis. This is used to filter out needs and motives from texts, and the AI is currently being used in customer service, marketing and HR.

As a platform, Voiio offers the booking of family services, whereby it is primarily aimed at employees. Companies can thus provide support in matters of retirement planning. The jury of the competition was particularly impressed by the start-up's holistic approach.

And the third start-up among the three finalists is Yucca HR. The company from Ratingen enables intelligent matchmaking between the employees of a company. This takes into account the interests, skills and roles of team members in order to arrange coffee dates, for example.

The award is presented for the sixth time in Berlin at the Human Resources Management Congress and is organised by the German Association of Human Resources Managers (BPM), Human Resources Manager, the HKP Group and Quadriga University. The three finalists prevailed among 57 applications.
