Hey Jobs receives 43 million euros

The career platform was able to convince two new investors for its Series B round. In addition, a former state secretary has moved to the top of the advisory board.
The career platform Hey Jobs has raised 43 million euros in a Series B financing round. Digital + Partners and FMZ Ventures joined as new investors and led the round. The existing investors Notion Capital, Heartcore Capital and Creathor Ventures also participated again.
The start-up run by Marius Luther and Marius Jeuck operates a career platform that specializes in skilled workers and industrial personnel. Hey Jobs uses a matching algorithm to find potential candidates for a position on social networks such as Instagram and Facebook. According to the company, more than 2,700 companies use the Hey Jobs service. So far, 100,000 workers have been placed in new jobs.
Hey Jobs intends to use the capital from the financing round to further develop its technology and expand internationally. To this end, the start-up would also like to expand its teams at its locations in Berlin, Cologne and Vienna. "Our vision is clear: we want to become Europe's leading career platform for essential, indispensable workers," says Hey Jobs co-founder Marius Luther.
Recently, there was also a personnel change at the start-up: Katrin Suder has taken over as Chair of the Advisory Board. She is a member and chair of the advisory boards of companies such as Cloudflare and the Apleona Group. She also heads the Federal Government's Digital Council and worked as State Secretary at the Federal Ministry of Defense from 2014 to 2018.
