Junction Growth Investors closes first fund with 115 million euros

The fund specializing in sustainable investments has exceeded its initial target and is investing specifically in European scale-ups and SMEs that are driving the energy transition.
Antwerp, February 11, 2025 - Junction Growth Investors has announced the closing of its first fund with a volume of 115 million euros. This exceeds the fund's original target of 100 million euros. Despite a challenging financing environment, the company was able to attract well-known investors, including Keeling Capital, BNP Paribas Fortis Private Equity, the European Investment Fund (EIF), PMV and the Belgian Growth Fund.
Focus on sustainable investments and growth capital
Junction Growth Investors focuses on providing growth and buy-out capital to European scale-ups and small to medium-sized companies. The fund invests specifically in business models that contribute to the energy transition, such as grid optimization technologies, sustainable building solutions or digital services in the field of renewable energies.
The energy transition offers not only ecological but also economic opportunities. Europe has the potential to produce leading technology companies in this area.
