Millions for care startup marta: RTL Ventures and SwissHealth Ventures with capital increase

Care startup marta secures support from investors such as SwissHealth Ventures and RTL Ventures in another round of financing. With fresh capital and a TV partnership, marta aims to strengthen brand presence, expand into new markets.

Berlin - Startup marta, which specializes in care services, has successfully closed another round of financing. The seed extension round was supported by existing investors Capnamic and Almaz Capital, as well as new partners including SwissHealth Ventures and RTL Ventures.

SwissHealth Ventures is now on board, opening the door for marta to enter the promising Swiss market. RTL Ventures offers a significant complement by providing not only financial resources, but also a significant share of media services through its marketer Ad Alliance. This support is intended to rapidly increase marta's brand awareness through TV placements.

The fresh capital will be used not only to drive brand awareness and expansion, but also to further develop the core product and launch new services for families. marta also plans to expand into a second market, further extending its reach.

Since the seed round in August 2022, marta has developed dynamically. The company has opened locations in Germany, Lithuania, Poland and Romania and now employs more than 75 people. The platform has facilitated over 2,000 successful placements and established collaborations with over 100 companies in the field of nursing services. The user experience and matching algorithm have been greatly improved to efficiently match families with suitable caregivers, resulting in fast and accurate "matches".

With this latest round of funding and strong partners by its side, marta remains on its growth path and consolidates its position in the caregiver startup space. The platform will continue to expand its services and consistently advance its vision of improved home care.
