AM Ventures has set up a fund with a target volume of 100 million euros, and almost 50 percent has already been raised. The focus will be on start-ups in the field of industrial 3D printing.

Start-ups in the field of 3D printing can rejoice: AM Ventures is launching a fund with a volume of 100 million euros for start-ups in industrial 3D printing, regardless of whether they are dedicated to hardware, software, materials or applications. With a first closing, almost 50 percent has already been collected.

The money comes from the Langer Group and KGAL, an investment and asset manager for real estate. Says Hans Langer, founding partner of the new fund, "After ten years of successfully investing in AM-based startups, we decided to take our business to the next level together with international asset manager KGAL." Langer sees this as a huge opportunity for all AM Ventures startups and hopes to accelerate the establishment of 3D printing.
