This is how the state of Saxony supports new founders

14 start-ups receive a founder bonus and professional support for one year. Children also play a role.
The Saxon State Ministry of Economics, Labour and Transport is supporting 14 more start-up projects as part of the InnoStartBonus. Seven potential female founders and 17 male founders with a total of 16 children will receive 1,000 euros per month from the Sächsische Aufbaubank for one year starting in January 2022. In addition, there is a child bonus of 100 euros per month per child. The funded start-ups will also be supported by futureSax and networked with each other.
A total of 25 start-up projects presented their ideas to a panel of experts headed by Claudia Weber from the Department for SME Financing, Guarantees and Start-ups. Ten of the selected start-up projects come from Leipzig, Dresden and Chemnitz.
The InnoStartBonus of the Ministry of Economics, Labour and Transport of the State of Saxony has been available since 2019. 771 interested parties with 297 start-up ideas applied in six funding calls so far. 129 founders were funded, 54 projects were implemented. The next selection round will start in spring 2022.
