The start-up wants to unite all partners in a supply chain on one platform and thus automate the delivery process and make it transparent. Now international investors are getting on board.

The start-up Tradelink raises twelve million euros in its Series A financing round. The round is led by global software investor Insight Partners. Existing investors Point Nine and Fly Ventures also invest again. In addition, business angels Alexander Doll (former CFO of Deutsche Bahn), David Nothacker (CEO of Sennder), Alex Hersham (CEO of Zencargo) and Stephan Kniewasser (former CEO of Transporeon, Teamviewer) are participating.

Frederic Krahforst and Tobias Nendel founded Tradelink in Munich in 2020. The company now has 60 employees. It offers a platform to simplify supply chain collaboration between all partners involved, such as freight forwarders, suppliers and warehouse operators. Currently, 1000 companies such as Sportscheck, Outfittery or Internetstores would already use the platform. With the new capital, Tradelink intends to expand the platform's functions and expand its marketing and sales activities.

"With its intuitive workflow tools and analytics geared toward warehouse operators, Tradelink fills a critical communication gap between buyers and other supply chain stakeholders," said Michael Shephard, vice president at Insight Partners. "We look forward to working with the Tradelink team as it continues to grow."
