In its extended Series A funding round, the fintech raises money once again. According to its own information, Moss is now valued at 225 million euros.

Berlin-based fintech Moss has received another 25 million euros in its extended Series A financing round. Six months ago, investors already put 21 million euros into the start-up, which offers corporate credit cards. The current round is led by Valar Ventures, the technology VC of Paypal co-founder Peter Thiel. Berlin-based VCs Cherry Ventures and Global Founders Capital also gave money again. In total, the investors thus put more than 55 million euros into the Berlin fintech.

Since the Series A funding round six months ago, Moss' customer base has quadrupled, says CEO and co-founder Ante Spittler. "With our credit product, we are currently unique in card and spending management." Moss issues both physical and virtual corporate credit cards, primarily to startups and digital companies. The fintech advertises higher card limits than its competitors. Moss was founded in 2019 and now employs more than 100 people.

The startup now announces its intention to conquer the European market with the help of the renewed investment. Already this year, the Berliners want to operate in another country, then in the coming year in more. In addition, Moss wants to further expand the software. The workforce is to double.
