Actron Group founds Actron Power as a start-up

With this spin-off, the Group is expanding its portfolio to include batteries and rechargeable batteries. Actron Power is working together with Asian partners.

The technology company Actron Group has founded its own start-up: The spin-off Actron Power will offer rechargeable battery and battery solutions from concept to design to series production. The start-up is working together with companies from Asia on sales. The start-up's Asian partners produce batteries in various formats: from standard batteries to battery packs with optimized charge and discharge control and other special formats. According to the start-up, it is also possible to supply larger quantities and for longer operating times.

"Thanks to our good network, we can also produce during bottlenecks or deliver from available stocks and thus prevent supply problems," says Actron Power Managing Director Sven Krüger. Customers can also order lithium cells and lithium polymer batteries for portable devices tailored to their needs.

The parent company Actron Group has been in existence since 1977 and specializes in display and touchscreen solutions for industry. With the spin-off, the group has expanded its portfolio to include batteries.
