With the shell company 468 Spac Sponsors, a trio around ex-Rocket Internet board member Alexander Kudlich has registered the next Spac.

The German start-up world is in Spac fever. After investor Klaus Hommels already brought a Spac on the market at the end of February, now apparently the citizens of Berlin venture Capital fund VC 468 Capital pulls after and brings according to information of Gründerszene also such an empty shell company on the stock exchange. Behind it are ex-Rocket Internet board member Alexander Kudlich, his former colleague Ludwig Ensthaler and Mesosphere founder Florian Leibert. In an interview with the World on Sunday Kudlich already confirmed at the beginning of March to plan an IPO with an empty shell.

As Gründerszene has now found out, the three have now registered a shell company called 468 Spac Sponsors. In April, the venture capital fund apparently wants to place its shares on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange. The takeover target is said to be a European company. Further information was not disclosed at first.
