How.fm receives five million euros

With their training platform, How.fm wants to reach more customers in the UK and Europe. The capital from the financing round will help them do so.

According to information from the start-up portal EU Startups How.fm has raised five million euros. Join Capital led the financing round, and existing investors Kindred Capital and Capnamic Ventures participated again. A number of business angels also got on board: including former Amazon UK CEO Christopher North, Forto CEO Michael Wax, Allegro CEO Francois Nuyts and Andrej Henkler. Jan Borgstädt from Join Capital will also be on the start-up's board from now on.

Andreas Kwiatkowski and Farhoud Cheraghi founded the startup in 2019. How.fm offers a training platform for warehouse workers. With its help, logistics companies can more easily train their employees or provide them with work instructions. The content is thereby adapted to the processes of the respective company. The special feature: The training videos are available in 30 languages, so all employees can complete them in their native language.

In this way, How.fm wants to help companies keep their employees in the company for the long term and reduce training costs. The start-up's customers include Kuehne+Nagel, Ingram and Fressnapf, for example. With the capital from the financing round, How.fm aims to recruit new customers in the UK and Europe.
