The Munich-based oral care company happybrush receives tailwind for its next growth phase. SevenVentures, the investment arm of the ProSiebenSat.1 Group, is investing in the start-up with a gross media volume in the mid-single-digit million range. At the same time, record-breaking national goalkeeper and world champion Manuel Neuer joins as a strategic partner and will be the face of the brand in future.

With this partnership, happybrush is pursuing the goal of significantly expanding its brand awareness and taking the next step towards the mass market.

From D2C start-up to established consumer brand

Since its foundation in 2016, happybrush has established itself as a sustainable alternative in the market for oral care products. The company develops electric toothbrushes for adults and children, toothpastes, mouthwashes, dental floss and other oral care products.

According to the company, more than 25 million products have been sold to date. The brand is now set to grow significantly faster thanks to ProSiebenSat.1's media reach.

SevenVentures focuses on brand development

The investment is a classic media-for-equity model. happybrush will receive extensive advertising services via ProSiebenSat.1's linear and digital channels, enabling it to reach millions of potential customers. In addition to TV advertising, the collaboration also includes digital channels, social media and measures at the point of sale.
