Spittal/Drau, March 2025 - The Austrian startup myAcker has completed a successful financing round, securing new capital for its next growth steps. The new investors include Valrosa Holding and Techsoft Invest GmbH from Upper Austria. Both investors bring not only capital, but also extensive expertise in the fields of technology and software.

Valrosa Holding invests in various sectors, while Techsoft Invest GmbH specializes in software solutions and technological developments. Both investors see great potential in myAcker's business model, particularly with regard to the company's scalability and growth.

As part of this financing round, the new investors will acquire a minority stake in myAcker. The company is valued at a double-digit million amount in this round. MyAcker offers a completely autonomous shopping solution that works without staff and still offers customers an appealing shopping experience.

In addition, myAcker has developed the AckerBox, an autonomous store that offers regional products. These boxes are particularly popular in urban areas and offer another way to shop autonomously.
