The company wants to fill its second fund with even more money. So far, there are commitments from investors amounting to 30 million euros.

The VC platform Prop Tech 1 wants to raise money from investors to fill its second fund with ample capital. According to the company, there are already commitments for the fund in the amount of 30 million euros. Investors from the first fund as well as other capital providers have already invested, leading to a so-called "first closing." If everything goes according to plan, the fund is expected to start operations as early as the beginning of next year.

Several well-known investors have expressed interest in the new fund, including the Brunata-Metrona Group, Evoreal and JLL Spark Global Ventures. In addition, the money is to come from launch partners such as the Scout24 Group or the Supernova Group.

The VC platform had already raised 50 million euros with the so-called "Fund I". The new fund is expected to raise significantly more money. The target figure is apparently 100 million euros, a large part of which still has to be raised. Prop Tech 1 intends to invest the money later in "real estate innovation," which includes proptech, constructiontech and Urbantech.
