Prop Tech 1 Ventures wants to raise money

The company wants to fill its second fund with even more money. So far, there have been commitments from investors amounting to 30 million euros.
The VC platform Prop Tech 1 wants to raise money from investors in order to fill its second fund with plenty of capital. According to the company, commitments for the fund have already amounted to 30 million euros. Investors from the first fund as well as other capital providers have already invested, which has led to a so-called "first closing". If everything goes according to plan, the fund should be up and running by the beginning of next year.
Several well-known investors have expressed interest in the new fund, including the Brunata-Metrona Group, Evoreal and JLL Spark Global Ventures. The money will also come from launch partners such as the Scout24 Group and the Supernova Group.
The VC platform had already raised 50 million euros with the so-called "Fund I". The new fund is expected to raise significantly more money. The target figure is apparently 100 million euros, although a large part of this still needs to be raised. Prop Tech 1 intends to invest the money later in "real estate innovation", which includes proptech, constructiontech and urbantech.
