The start-up was able to raise seven million US dollars. HV Capital leads the Cologne-based company's round.

The start-up Sastrify makes it possible to maintain an overview of employees' software licenses within a company. The Cologne-based company has now raised seven million US dollars in its seed financing round. HV Capital is leading the round, which also includes the founders of Personio, Sumup and Flixmobility.

"The amazing growth of Sastrify underlines the great benefits for customers that the team has already created," says HV Capital Partner Jasper Masemann. The start-up intends to use the money to further develop the product and acquire new customers.

The team around founders Maximilian Messing and Sven Lackinger currently consists of 30 employees and is set to grow to 50 to 60 employees by the end of the year, as they told the Rheinische Post said. Sastrify was founded in 2020 under the name Sastrix and now counts companies such as Gorillas and Sennder among its customers.
