The start-up wants to "make productivity more human again" with its to-do app. The new capital is intended to help launch the app.

The start-up Superlist has raised ten million euros in its seed round, as the company announced on Linkedin. The round was led by Swedish venture capitalist EQT Ventures. Cherry Ventures and Visionaries Club are also participating.

Christian Reber, Brandon Arnold, Marcel Käding and Steffen Kiedel founded Superlist in 2020. Reber had previously founded the to-do app Wunderlist in 2010 and then sold it to Microsoft in 2015. The Superlist app will also focus on to-dos. "At Superlist, we work on enabling teams to collaborate better, work together on projects and keep track of their goals and aspirations," says co-founder Steffen Kiedel. The start-up now employs 20 people.

The new capital is intended to help launch the app. The current financing round will make it possible to test the app together with users, Gründerszene reports. Currently, 100 users are trying out the app, but the aim is to have several thousand users by the end of the year. However, it is still unclear when exactly the app will be ready.
