Synbiotic launches joint venture of beverage professionals

Synbiotic enters new spheres and founds a joint venture under the name Princess Stardurst, whose products are primarily aimed at the lifestyle market.

Glitter, galaxy and CBD - that's what the new brand from cannabinoid start-up Synbiotic combines: "With Princess Stardust, we are attacking the CBD lifestyle product segment. Now we can also contribute to bringing CBD to a new target group and convince them of the power of cannabinoids," says CEO Lars Müller of the listed Synbiotic about the strategic investment. Princess Stardust was founded by Sebastian Brack and Andrea Gercken.

"With this joint venture, we have been able to win experienced top entrepreneurs for our vision. With our SynBiotic platform, we support the team in building their brand. At the same time, we benefit from the know-how of the three entrepreneurs as well as their extensive networks," says Müller. So far, Princess Stardurst offers three products containing CBD, vitamins, melatonin or caffeine.

Synbiotic sells products based on cannabinoids and terpenes, the non-intoxicating part of the hemp plant, under various brands. Mueller plans to use the company to become the leading supplier of cannabinoid products in Europe, as he told Startbase reported.
