Two of the leading VCs participate in the Series A financing round of the software start-up from Berlin.

Taktile's Series A financing round ended successfully: the software start-up raised 20 million euros. Among the backers are two of the most renowned venture capital firms, Index and Tiger Global.

Maik Taro Wehmeyer and Maximillian Eber founded Taktile in 2020 and count Fintech Moss, Munich Reinsurance Company and Taxfix among their clients. The software start-up offers a decision-making tool designed to make complex decisions comprehensible for employees of insurance companies without software knowledge. Customers pay a monthly fee for this.

Taktile, however, does not yet publish business figures. According to Wehmeyer, however, the start-up is growing steadily, especially in the USA. The company now wants to expand further in this market with the new capital.
