Tink launches in Sweden

The start-up is now represented in six European markets. It also has a new partner in the media group Discovery.

The start-up is now represented in six European markets. It also has a new partner in the media group Discovery.

Tink's comparison and consulting platform for smart home products is now also available in Sweden. "Tapping into this new market is another milestone on the way to becoming the leading brand for the connected home outside of German-speaking countries," says Tink CEO and co-founder Marius Lissautzki.

The start-up has also entered into a cooperation with the Discovery media group. In future, Tink will be advertised on Discovery's television channels and digital channels. The start-up wants to use this to raise awareness of its brand and accelerate its growth. There has already been a similar collaboration with SevenVentures from ProSiebenSat1.

Julian Hueck and Marius Lissautzki founded Tink in Berlin in 2016. According to their own figures, more than 800,000 customers use the start-up's comparison platform. The start-up recently expanded to Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg. Further market developments and new services are set to follow in the coming months.
