Unravel successful with 7 million US dollars Series A

London - April 3, 2025 - London-based startup Unravel has raised 7 million US dollars in a Series A funding round. The round was led by Nauta Capital, a European investor in the B2B software sector. Other investors include Active Partners, Slingshot Ventures and Olivier Bisserier (former CFO of Booking.com). Kees Koolen, former CEO and Chairman of Booking.com, is also involved via Slingshot Ventures.
Travel booking redefined: Creator content meets AI
Unravel is an AI-powered video commerce platform that enables banks, airlines, fintechs and telecommunications companies to turn creator content into bookable trips. The experienced founding team has already developed AI products for the financial and travel industries.
The way people discover travel has changed. They are inspired by creators instead of searching through endless search results. Unravel bridges this gap and transforms creator videos into seamless booking experiences.

Unravel combines TikTok-style short videos with an AI-powered booking platform to create a new kind of travel experience. The platform works with leading travel influencers and makes inspiring content directly bookable. Users can seamlessly book experiences from the videos via banking apps, airline programs or fintech marketplaces.
Investors back the future of the travel industry
The funding confirms investors' confidence in Unravel's innovative approach.

Expansion and technological development
Unravel intends to use the fresh capital to further develop its AI system in order to optimize conversion in video commerce. The company also plans to expand its team in London and recruit leading experts in the fields of AI, digital commerce platforms and travel technology.
