Alyne apparently taken over

The US company Miratech will now include the start-up's products in its portfolio.

The Munich-based start-up Alyne has grown to a good 50 employees and 100 customers since it was founded in 2015. Now it has been taken over by the US technology group Miratech. The price was not initially disclosed. Miratech offers software for corporate legal and compliance departments. Alyne is in a similar field. The startup aims to use its technology to help organizations that face challenges in cybersecurity, risk management and regulatory compliance.

Miratech now wants to complement its offering with Alyne's. "By bringing Alyne and Mitratech together, the legal, risk and compliance industry will have a breakthrough solution. There is increasing overlap between legal and compliance issues, so there is a real need for an intelligent platform that enables cross-discipline integration and monitoring," said Miratech CEO Mike Williams.
