In addition to new investors, the start-up was also able to Diebold Nixdorf and Gebit Solutions as partners.

Anybill has raised seed funding of five million euros. Mutschler Ventures, Wenvest Capital and the Auxxo Female Catalyst Fund are investing. Payone founders Jan Kaniess and Carl Frederic Zitscher are also participating in the round. In addition, the startup gains AVG as an investor. The existing investor Ilavska Vuillermoz Capital invests again in Anybill.

At the same time as the funding round, the start-up also announces new partnerships. The company is now cooperating with Diebold Nixdorf and Gebit Solutions. Both companies offer digital retail solutions, such as self-checkout systems. With the integration of Anybill, the companies can now offer their customers a solution for issuing digital cash register receipts.

Anybill's goal is to issue a digital receipt for every payment and aims to make this possible for retailers of all sizes and industries. "In the future, we as a company will ask ourselves why we relied on paper receipts in the first place, thereby not only unnecessarily polluting the environment every day, but at the same time leaving value-creating potential untapped," says co-founder and CEO Lea Frank. She founded Anybill in 2019 together with Tobias Gubo and Patrick Göttler. The current funding will be used to hire new employees in the areas of sales, customer success management and tech.
