BM H is providing ANTROK with 1 million euros to expand its modular energy solutions

BM H Beteiligungs-Managementgesellschaft Hessen is providing ANTROK Energie- und Anlagentechnik GmbH of Lohfelden with a total of 1 million euros in the form of silent partnerships. The financing is being provided through the funds managed by BM H—MBG H Mittelständische Beteiligungsgesellschaft Hessen mbH and HessenFonds Beteiligungen GmbH—and is intended to accelerate the market launch of new standardized energy solutions.

ANTROK is one of the established companies in the fields of plant engineering, piping, and energy and heating technology. The company develops and implements industrial energy systems and supports its customers from planning through manufacturing and commissioning to maintenance and service.

Focus on the Modular ANTROK Energy Box

At the heart of the growth strategy is the ANTROK Energy Box, a modular, container-based solution for supplying heating and cooling to larger buildings, neighborhoods, and commercial properties. The system can be combined with photovoltaic systems, battery storage, and existing infrastructure, and is designed to help companies and municipalities replace fossil fuels and meet regulatory requirements for energy efficiency and sustainability.

With this funding, ANTROK aims in particular to advance the construction of pilot and demonstration plants and to further develop digital planning, simulation, and monitoring solutions. In addition, the funds will be allocated to product development, sales, marketing, and the expansion of the company’s workforce.

From Project-Based Business to a Scalable Product

The investment also strengthens the company’s equity base and supports its transition from traditional project-based plant engineering to standardized and repeatable product and service models.

According to BM H, ANTROK combines long-standing engineering expertise with innovative solutions for the energy transition. With the “Energiebox,” the company aims to transform its experience in plant engineering into a scalable product and thereby meet the growing demand for cost-effective decarbonization solutions.
