End of the Esis school platform

The digital school platform Esis is giving up at the end of July 2022. The start-up Schulmanager Online takes over the customers.

The start-up Schulmanager Online has taken over the school platform Esis from Eurotronic. "After ample deliberation, we have made the decision that the team of Esis cannot continue the immense effort - also from a health point of view - in this form indefinitely," the website of the school platform says about the reasons for the takeover.

Esis customers can already switch to Schulmanager Online via an interface without losing their data. However, Esis will discontinue the service completely on July 31, 2022 at the latest - after 15 years. The platform has been around since 2007.

Younger is Schulmanager Online. Johannes Stanggassinger founded the start-up in 2016, which now serves over 1,200 schools. The company offers 23 modules for digital school platforms. Schools can, for example, document lesson content in a digital class register or send letters to parents digitally. Parents, on the other hand, can use the school manager services to report their children sick or apply for leave of absence. E-learning can also be organized via the platform.
