Evernest wins former BILD digital boss for its management board

Stefan Betzold joins proptech Evernest as the third managing director alongside the two founders. Betzold is to focus on the further technological development of the broker platform.

Hamburg-based proptech Evernest is expanding its management team. The startup announced that former BILD digital chief Stefan Betzold will become part of the management team. Betzold played a leading role in the digital transformation of the BILD Group. As managing director of Axel Springer Digital News Media GmbH, he most recently led the digital activities of Axel Springer's media brands in Germany

At Evernest, Betzold will in future be responsible for the Product and Technology divisions and will thus be responsible for technological further development of Evernest's brokerage platform. The two founders Christian Evers and Luisa Haxel will split the areas of strategy, marketing and business development as well as business operations, finance and people as managing directors.
