Monday Rocks wins ex-SAP executive as investor

.HR start-up Monday Rocks has successfully closed its Series A financing round. As part of the funding, the Düsseldorf-based company was also able to attract former HR manager Stefan Ries as a shareholder. Ries was Chief Human Resources Officer at German software giant SAP. With his experience, he will also advise the Monday Rocks management team on strategic decisions in the future. In addition to Ries, HR Pioneers managing director André Häusling is also getting on board, and the company's existing investors are also pouring in money.
Monday Rocks offers companies a tool that allows them to find and eliminate potential errors within teams. The software is designed to act like a sort of digital HR consultant, according to the company. In the three years since its inception, Monday Rocks said it has acquired 50 companies as customers. A total of 14,000 people use the startup's tool.
